1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of management system for the underground personnel in a coal mine.
This standard is applicable to the management system for the underground personnel in a coal mine (hereinafter referred to as “the system”) and its products used for coal mines.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply:
3.1
management system for the underground personnel in a coal mine
system which is used for monitoring the position of underground personnel and has the functions of monitoring, displaying, printing, storing, inquiring, alarming, managing the exit/entry time of card-carrying personnel, the exit/entry time of key areas, the exit/entry time of forbidden areas, working time, the number of personnel underground and in key areas, and the activity route of underground personnel
3.2
identification card
card storing electronic data in the agreed format which is carried by the personnel going underground and used for sending data for personnel identification to the substation when the personnel enter the identification scope of the location monitoring substation
3.3
location monitoring substation
substation that reads information used for personnel identification in the identification card through wireless mode and transmits the information to the ground transmission interface
3.4
transmission interface
interface that receives the signal from substation and sends it to the host for processing; receives the host signal and sends it to the corresponding substation; controls the sending and receiving of substation, the modulation and demodulation of multiplexed signals, and has the functions of system self-inspection

3 術語和定義
下列術語和定義適用于本標準。
3.1
煤礦井下作業(yè)人員管理系統(tǒng) management system for the underground personnel in a coal mine
監(jiān)測井下人員位置,具有攜卡人員出/入井時刻、重點區(qū)域出/入時刻、限制區(qū)域出/入時刻、工作時間、井下和重點區(qū)域人員數(shù)量井下人員活動路線等監(jiān)測、顯示、打印、儲存、查詢、報警、管理等功能。
3.2
識別卡 identification card
由下井人員攜帶,保存有約定格式的電子數(shù)據(jù),當進入位置監(jiān)測分站的識別范圍時,將用于人員識別的數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送給分站。

位置監(jiān)測分站 location monitoring substation
通過無線方式讀取識別卡內(nèi)用于人員識別的信息,并發(fā)送至地面?zhèn)鬏斀涌凇?3.4
傳輸接口 transmission interface
接收分站發(fā)送的信號,并送主機處理;接收主機信號,并送相應分站;控制分站的發(fā)送與接收,多路復用信號的調(diào)制與解調(diào),并具有系統(tǒng)自檢等功能。

主機 host
主要用來接收監(jiān)測信號、報警判別、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計及處理、磁盤存儲、顯示、聲光報警、人機對話、控制打印輸出、與管理網(wǎng)絡聯(lián)接等。
3.6
并發(fā)識別數(shù)量 concurrent identification number
攜卡人員以最大位移速度同時通過識別區(qū)時,系統(tǒng)能正確識別的最大數(shù)量。
3.7
漏讀率 misreading rate
攜卡人員以最大位移速度和最大并發(fā)數(shù)量通過識別區(qū)時,系統(tǒng)漏讀和誤讀的最大數(shù)量與通過識別區(qū)的識別卡總數(shù)的比值。
3.8
工作異常人員 the absentees
未在規(guī)定時間到達指定地點的人員。
3.9
識別區(qū)域 identifiable area
系統(tǒng)能正確識別識別卡的無線覆蓋區(qū)域。
3.10
重點區(qū)域 key area
采區(qū)、采煤工作面、掘進工作面等重要區(qū)域。
3.11
限制區(qū)域 forbidden area
盲巷、采空區(qū)等不允許人員進入的區(qū)域。
3.12
最大位移速度 maximum velocity
識別卡能被系統(tǒng)正確識別所允許的最大移動速度。

產(chǎn)品型號應符合MT/T 286的規(guī)定。

5 技術要求
5.1 一般要求
5.1.1 系統(tǒng)及其軟件、識別卡、分站、傳輸接口應符合本標準的規(guī)定,符合MT 209、MT/T 1004、MT/T 1005、MT/T 1007、MT/T 1008、AQ 6201等標準的有關規(guī)定,系統(tǒng)中的其他設備應符合國家及行業(yè)有關標準的規(guī)定,并按照經(jīng)規(guī)定程序批準的圖樣及文件制造和成套。
5.1.2 中心站及入井電纜的入井口處應具有防雷措施。
