1.1 Test conditions for measuring the tensile properties of less than 1mm thick plastic films or sheets are specified in this part of GB/T 1040, on the basis of Part 1. Note: more than 1mm thick sheet materials are specified in GB/T 1040.2. 1.2 See 1.2 in GB/T 1040.1-2006. 1.3 This part is usually not applicable to measure the tensile properties of the following materials: a) Polyfoam; b) Fiber reinforced plastics. 1.4 See 1.5 in GB/T 1040.1-2006.
