Inspection rules for rolling bearings and commercial parts
1 Scope
This document specifies the inspection rules for universal rolling bearings and commercial parts (steel balls, ceramic balls, tapered rollers, cylindrical rollers, spherical rollers, roller pins), as well as bearing accessories.
This document is applicable to the inspection, reception, and supervision and inspection of rolling bearings and commercial parts, as well as bearing accessories by the following organizations or institutions:
a) The quality department of the supplier organization (first-party);
b) The purchaser or purchasing organization (second-party);
c) Inspection and testing institutions (third-party).

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T4199, GB/T 6930 and GB/T2828.1-2012 and the following apply.

confirmation that the specified requirements related to products, processes, systems, personnel or institutions have been met

Foreword
本文件按照GB/T 101-2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則 第1部分：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)定起草。
本文件代替本文件代替GB/T 24608-2009《滾動(dòng)軸承及其商品零件檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則》，與GB/T 24608-2009相比，除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外，主要技術(shù)變化如下：
a) 刪除了大部分符號(hào)及其含義(見第4章，2009年版的第3章) ;；
b) 刪除了“滾針彎曲試驗(yàn)”和“非工作表面粗糙度及外觀質(zhì)量”檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目(見2009年版的表2和表7、表8)；
c) 更改了帶座外球面球軸承及偏心套的部分檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目(見表4)；
d) 增加了“同一零件硬度差”“殘留奧氏體””鋼球振動(dòng)批平均值”"△、△”等部分檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目(見表1~表4、表6~表8)；
e) 增加了陶瓷球及球面滾子的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目(見表6、表9)；
f) 更改了部分監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)判定數(shù)(見表12, 2009年版的表11)。

1 范圍
本文件規(guī)定了通用滾動(dòng)軸承及其商品零件(鋼球、陶瓷球、圓錐滾子、圓柱滾子、球面滾子、滾針)、軸承附件的檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則。
本文件適用于下列組織或機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)滾動(dòng)軸承及其商品零件、軸承附件的檢驗(yàn)、接收和監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)：
a) 供方組織內(nèi)部的質(zhì)量部門(第一方)；
b) 采購(gòu)方或采購(gòu)組織(第二方);
c) 檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)(第三方)。
