Provisions on permissible errors for measurement of mass of polished diamond
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test method and marking for permissible errors for measurement of mass of polished diamond.
This standard is applicable to the trade and quality supervision of polished diamonds settled by mass.
This standard is applicable to single polished diamond with a mass greater than or equal to 0.0400 g (0.20 ct); for single polished diamond with a mass less than 0.0400 g (0.20 ct) or polished diamonds set in clusters or settled in bulk, this standard may be used as a reference.

1 范圍
本標準規定了拋光鉆石質量測量允差的要求、試驗方法和標注。
本標準適用于以質量結算的拋光鉆石的貿易及質量監督。
本標準適用于質量大于或等于0.0400g(0.20ct)的單粒拋光鉆石；質量小于0.0400g(0.20 ct)的單粒拋光鉆石及群鑲、批量結算的拋光鉆石，可參照本標準執行。

3 術語和定義
GB/T 16554界定的以及下列術語和定義適用于本文件。
3.1
標注量 marking mass of diamond
拋光鉆石及其飾品的標識、票據等所標注的質量，以克(g)為單位。
3.2
實際量 actual mass of diamond
依據5.2.2測量所得到的拋光鉆石的質量，以克(g)為單位。
3.3
質量測量允差 permissible errors of determination
拋光鉆石質量的實際量與標注量之間所允許的偏差極限值。
4 質量測量允差的要求
質量測量允差±0.0010g(0.005 ct)。
5 試驗方法
5.1 測量條件
5.1.1 天平放置環境應符合計量要求。
5.1.2 使用的天平應在檢定周期內。
5.1.3 使用時應先做計量性能的檢查，再按常規進行操作。
5.1.4 試驗天平的要求：
a) 當需要滿足第4章時應使用分度值不大于0.1mg的電子天平。
b) 當監督檢驗時應使用分度值不大于0.01mg的電子天平。
c) 當使用機械天平時，其分度值不應低于所規定的電子天平。
5.2 試驗步驟
5.2.1 拋光鉆石標注量的獲取
5.2.1.1 未鑲嵌拋光鉆石
按照其包裝物或對應證書等中所標示的拋光鉆石質量作為拋光鉆石的標注質量；如其標示的質量單位為克拉(ct)，應根據GB/T 16554將其換算成克(g)為質量單位作為標注質量(m1)。
5.2.1.2 鑲嵌拋光鉆石飾品
根據GB 11887將印記中鑲嵌拋光鉆石飾品主鉆的質量作為鉆石的標注量(m1)；當主鉆單位為克拉(ct)時，應根據GB/T 16554將其換算成克(g)為質量單位作為標注量(m1)。
然后進行拆石，拆石后應確認鉆石未發生損壞。
