Technical specification of LNG vehicle
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, transportation, storage and ex-factory documents of liquefied natural gas (hereinafter referred to as "LNG") vehicles.
This standard is applicable to M2, M3, N2, and N3 vehicles which can use liquefied natural gas fuel.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions given in GB/T 17895 and QC/T 755 and the following apply.
3.1
special equipment for LNG vehicles
equipment for storing and supplying LNG to the vehicle, composed of components for gas storage and supply component, filling and safety
3.2
liquid signal system
system for measuring the liquid level in the vehicle gas cylinders, converting the level to liquid volume and displaying it
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 The vehicle shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved through the established procedures. All parts and components shall have product certificates and be re-inspected before assembly.
4.1.2 All performances of the LNG vehicle shall meet the requirements of GB 7258-2017 and other compulsory national standards.
4.1.3 The LNG vehicle shall be equipped with independent special equipment for LNG vehicles, which is the only equipment allowed to output LNG vehicle fuel.
4.1.4 The LNG vehicle shall be provided with a gas leakage alarm device.
4.1.5 The LNG vehicle shall be provided with a rubber belt of electrostatic conductivity.
4.1.6 The LNG vehicle cab shall be provided with a dry powder fire extinguisher.
4.1.7 Other components installed on the LNG vehicle shall not affect the operations of filling and valves and other devices.
4.1.8 The technical conditions of the ignition engine shall comply with the specifications of QC/T 691; the technical conditions of the compression-ignition engine shall comply with the specifications of QC/T 471.
4.1.9 The automobile manufacturer shall fill the engine oil meeting the requirements of the engine manufacturer, which can be temporarily replaced by diesel engine oil with quality grade higher than CH-4.
4.1.10 All components shall be made of materials with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance according to engine exhaust temperature and exhaust composition.
4.2 Special equipment for LNG vehicles
The safety protection shall meet the requirements of GB 7258-2017. The special equipment for LNG vehicles shall comply with the requirements of QC/T 755 and the requirements as follows:
a) The pressure and temperature of the output gas of the special equipment for LNG vehicles shall meet the requirements of the engine.
b) The special equipment for LNG vehicles shall automatically cut off the LNG output under any of the following conditions:
1) Ignition switch is off;
2) The engine is not working;
3) The fuel lines are broken, fall off, etc.
c) All electrical components of special equipment for LNG vehicles shall comply with the requirements of GB 3836.1.
d) The filling device shall meet the requirements of GB/T 25986.
e) The liquid signal system shall meet the following requirements:
1) The liquid volume display of LNG vehicle shall be instrument display, in liter (L) or percentage (scale).
2) LNG vehicles shall be able to give an alarm signal when the liquid volume in the gas cylinders is low: give the first alarm when the remaining liquid volume is not enough for the driving range of 100 km, and give the second alarm when the remaining liquid volume is not enough for the driving range of 50 km.

1 范圍
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了液化天然氣(以下簡稱LNG)汽車的術(shù)語與定義、技術(shù)要求、檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則、標(biāo)志、運(yùn)輸和貯存以及出廠文件。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于可以使用液化天然氣燃料的M2、M3、N2、N3類車輛。

3 術(shù)語和定義
GB／T 17895、QC／T 755界定的以及下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。
3.1
LNG汽車專用裝置 special equipment for LNG vehicles
用于儲(chǔ)存、供給車輛LNG燃料的裝置，由儲(chǔ)氣部件、供氣部件、加注部件、安全部件組成。
3.2
液位信號(hào)系統(tǒng) liquid signal system
測量車用儲(chǔ)氣瓶內(nèi)的液位，將其轉(zhuǎn)化為液量并顯示的系統(tǒng)。
4 技術(shù)要求
4.1 一般要求
4.1.1 車輛應(yīng)按照規(guī)定程序批準(zhǔn)的圖樣和技術(shù)文件制造。所有零部件應(yīng)有產(chǎn)品合格證并經(jīng)復(fù)檢合格后方可供裝配使用。
4.1.2 LNG汽車的各項(xiàng)性能應(yīng)符合GB 7258—2017等國家強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
4.1.3 LNG汽車應(yīng)裝配獨(dú)立的LNG汽車專用裝置，LNG汽車燃料僅能由裝配在車輛上的LNG汽車專用裝置輸出。
4.1.4 LNG汽車應(yīng)安裝燃?xì)庑孤﹫?bào)警裝置。
4.1.5 LNG汽車應(yīng)安裝導(dǎo)靜電橡膠拖地帶。
4.1.6 LNG汽車應(yīng)在駕駛室內(nèi)配置干粉滅火器。
4.1.7 LNG汽車上安裝的其他部件不應(yīng)影響加氣操作及閥門等裝置的操作。
4.1.8 點(diǎn)燃式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)技術(shù)條件應(yīng)符合QC／T 691的規(guī)定；壓燃式發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)技術(shù)條件應(yīng)符合QC／T 471的規(guī)定。
4.1.9 汽車生產(chǎn)廠應(yīng)加注符合發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)廠商要求的機(jī)油，可用質(zhì)量級別高于CH-4的柴油機(jī)油臨時(shí)替代。
4.1.10 所有部件應(yīng)根據(jù)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣溫度及排氣成分選用具有耐高溫和耐腐蝕性材料。
4.2 LNG汽車專用裝置
安全防護(hù)應(yīng)符合GB 7258—2017的規(guī)定。LNG汽車專用裝置應(yīng)符合QC／T 755的規(guī)定，同時(shí)還應(yīng)符合以下要求：
a) LNG汽車專用裝置輸出燃?xì)獾膲毫Α囟葢?yīng)滿足發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)使用要求。
b) 在下列任意一種情況時(shí)，LNG汽車專用裝置應(yīng)能自動(dòng)切斷LNG輸出：
1) 點(diǎn)火開關(guān)關(guān)閉；
2) 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)未運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；
3) 燃?xì)夤苈窋嗔选⒚撀涞取? c) LNG汽車專用裝置中所有的電器元件應(yīng)符合GB 3836.1要求。
d) 加注裝置應(yīng)符合GB／T 25986的要求。
e) 液位信號(hào)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)能滿足以下要求：
1) LNG汽車的液量顯示應(yīng)為儀表顯示，液量顯示單位為升(L)或百分比(刻度)。
2) LNG汽車應(yīng)能在儲(chǔ)氣瓶液量低時(shí)發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)，當(dāng)剩余液量不滿足100km續(xù)駛里程時(shí)首次報(bào)警，當(dāng)剩余液量不滿足50km續(xù)駛里程時(shí)再次報(bào)警。
4.3 LNG汽車專用裝置安裝
4.3.1 LNG汽車專用裝置的安裝按GB／T 20734—2006的規(guī)定執(zhí)行，同時(shí)還應(yīng)符合以下要求：
a) LNG汽車專用裝置任何部位的離地間隙不應(yīng)成為LNG汽車的最小離地間隙；
b) LNG汽車專用裝置的各種銘牌及儀表應(yīng)便于查看，不應(yīng)被車輛上的不可移動(dòng)的零部件遮擋；
c) LNG汽車專用裝置安裝應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離熱源，必要時(shí)設(shè)置隔熱裝置，確保LNG汽車專用裝置部件工作溫度符合QC／T 755中規(guī)定的適宜環(huán)境溫度范圍。
4.3.2 車用儲(chǔ)氣瓶安裝應(yīng)符合以下要求：
a) 儲(chǔ)氣瓶不準(zhǔn)許安裝在駕駛室、載人空間、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)艙、可移動(dòng)的貨箱或封閉式貨箱內(nèi)，應(yīng)保證儲(chǔ)氣瓶及燃?xì)夤苈返陌惭b空間與大氣有效接通；儲(chǔ)氣瓶可以安裝在底盤以外的位置，但不應(yīng)相對于底盤移動(dòng)；儲(chǔ)氣瓶不應(yīng)布置在前軸之前。
b) 儲(chǔ)氣瓶安裝應(yīng)充分考慮車輛載荷分布、重心高度對整車的影響，并充分考慮使用環(huán)境對儲(chǔ)氣瓶可能造成的損傷；如果采用縱向安裝方式，即儲(chǔ)氣瓶的軸線與車輛的縱軸平行，則儲(chǔ)氣瓶裝有閥門的一端應(yīng)朝向車輛的尾部。
c) 安裝儲(chǔ)氣瓶的固定座應(yīng)具有阻止儲(chǔ)氣瓶竄動(dòng)的能力，固定座應(yīng)便于拆裝工作。儲(chǔ)氣瓶安裝在汽車上后，儲(chǔ)氣瓶的強(qiáng)度和剛度不應(yīng)降低，車架結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度也不應(yīng)受影響；儲(chǔ)氣瓶安裝及安裝強(qiáng)度應(yīng)符合GB／T 20734—2006中4.2.2.4的要求。
d) 儲(chǔ)氣瓶與汽車排氣管距離應(yīng)大于或等于100mm；當(dāng)距離在100mm～200mm時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)置可靠的隔熱裝置，以確保室溫下排氣管為唯一熱源的情況下儲(chǔ)氣瓶表面溫度小于60℃。
4.3.3 燃?xì)夤苈钒惭b應(yīng)符合以下要求：
a) 管路的安裝應(yīng)保證各管路的連接接頭施工方便、密封良好、易于檢查、可靠性高。
b) 管路及部件應(yīng)避開如排氣管、增壓器等溫度較高的熱源以及整車電磁閥、機(jī)械電源總閥等可能產(chǎn)生電弧的地方。
c) 管路及接頭與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣管距離應(yīng)大于或等于100mm，當(dāng)距離在100mm～200mm時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)置可靠固定的隔熱裝置；與傳動(dòng)軸距離應(yīng)大于或等于100mm。
d) 對于M類車輛，管路不應(yīng)直接安裝在車廂內(nèi)。若儲(chǔ)氣瓶安裝在車輛頂部，導(dǎo)致管路只能安裝在車廂內(nèi)時(shí)，在車廂內(nèi)管路不應(yīng)有連接接點(diǎn)，并對管路設(shè)置有效的隔離和安全防護(hù)措施。
4.3.4 安全部件安裝應(yīng)符合以下要求：
a) LNG汽車專用裝置的防護(hù)安裝應(yīng)符合GB 7258—2017中12.6和GB／T 20734—2006的規(guī)定，儲(chǔ)氣瓶的側(cè)面防護(hù)裝置應(yīng)同時(shí)符合GB 11567的規(guī)定。
b) 報(bào)警裝置應(yīng)安裝在駕駛室醒目位置；探測器應(yīng)安裝在氣體燃料存在較大泄漏并聚積風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的封閉和半封閉空間頂部，或雖不封閉卻存在較大泄漏風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的部位；如駕駛室、乘客艙行李箱、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)艙儲(chǔ)氣瓶組箱體、加氣面板以及管路接頭較為密集的部位。具體安裝位置可在符合本條款的前提下由整車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)自行確定。
5 檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則
5.1 型式試驗(yàn)
LNG汽車凡符合下列條件之一者應(yīng)進(jìn)行型式試驗(yàn)：
a) 新產(chǎn)品或轉(zhuǎn)廠生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品；
b) 產(chǎn)品停產(chǎn)一年以上后復(fù)產(chǎn)；
c) 正常生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、材料、工藝有較大改變而影響到主要性能時(shí)；
d) 發(fā)生重大質(zhì)量事故或國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)提出型式試驗(yàn)要求時(shí)。
5.2 出廠檢驗(yàn)
5.2.1 LNG汽車應(yīng)經(jīng)過制造廠質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)部門檢驗(yàn)合格，并簽發(fā)合格證后方可出廠。
5.2.2 出廠檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)至少應(yīng)包括：
a) 外觀質(zhì)量、裝配完整性及裝配質(zhì)量，以及制動(dòng)性能測定、排放測定、前照燈燈光調(diào)整、車速里程表校正、淋雨試驗(yàn)；
b) 除以上檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目外，還應(yīng)進(jìn)行燃?xì)夤苈沸孤z驗(yàn)，按GB／T 20734—2006 規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
6 標(biāo)志、運(yùn)輸和貯存
6.1 LNG汽車的標(biāo)志
6.1.1 LNG汽車整車標(biāo)志應(yīng)符合GB 7258—2017中4.1的規(guī)定。
6.1.2 LNG汽車應(yīng)在前端與后端醒目固定天然氣汽車標(biāo)志。標(biāo)志應(yīng)符合GB／T 17676—1999中3.3.1的規(guī)定。
6.2 LNG汽車的運(yùn)輸
6.2.1 采用火車、輪船或汽車平板拖運(yùn)，若車輛放置在密閉空間，應(yīng)將LNG汽車專用裝置中的燃?xì)馀趴眨蝗魬?yīng)用吊裝方式裝卸時(shí)，需用專用吊具裝卸，應(yīng)確保LNG汽車專用裝置不磕碰、不劃傷。
6.2.2 運(yùn)輸過程中車輛應(yīng)安放牢固，并關(guān)閉LNG汽車專用裝置操作閥門、切斷電源。
6.3 LNG汽車的貯存
6.3.1 LNG汽車應(yīng)停放在通風(fēng)、防潮及有消防設(shè)施的場所，遠(yuǎn)離火源和易燃物質(zhì)，應(yīng)保證儲(chǔ)氣瓶超壓排放的天然氣不形成聚集。停放后應(yīng)關(guān)閉所有LNG汽車專用裝置操作閥門，切斷電源，應(yīng)按照產(chǎn)品使用說明書的規(guī)定進(jìn)行定期保養(yǎng)。
6.3.2 車輛貯存時(shí)間在兩周以內(nèi)的，儲(chǔ)氣瓶內(nèi)應(yīng)至少保留20L LNG燃料；超過兩周以上，應(yīng)將儲(chǔ)氣瓶內(nèi)的液體和氣體排空。
7 出廠文件
7.1 出廠文件應(yīng)包括合格證、產(chǎn)品使用說明書、隨車備附件清單，還應(yīng)包括車用儲(chǔ)氣瓶相關(guān)證書。
7.2 產(chǎn)品使用說明書應(yīng)按GB／T 9969進(jìn)行編寫，并包含LNG汽車使用環(huán)境說明、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油要求、LNG汽車專用裝置操作規(guī)程燃?xì)庑孤﹫?bào)警器說明、停放要求等注意事項(xiàng)。
7.3 車用儲(chǔ)氣瓶相關(guān)證書包括以下兩部分：
a) 儲(chǔ)氣瓶廠家需提供的以下證書：
1) 車用儲(chǔ)氣瓶合格證；
2) 特種設(shè)備制造監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)證書；
3) 氣瓶批量質(zhì)量證明書；
4) 安全閥校驗(yàn)報(bào)告；
5) 壓力表計(jì)量、校驗(yàn)報(bào)告；
6) 閥門合格證。
b) 整車制造廠提供的以下證書：
1) 天然氣汽車車用儲(chǔ)氣瓶及供氣系統(tǒng)安裝檢驗(yàn)合格證書；
2) 車用儲(chǔ)氣瓶安裝監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)證書；
3) 特種設(shè)備維修、安裝許可證。
