1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of laptop bag.
This standard is applicable to bags, pockets and sleeves mainly used for storing laptops, tablet PCs and fittings.

3 Product Classification
3.1 Classified according to surface material:
a) Leather laptop bag (sleeve);
b) Artificial leather/synthetic leather laptop bag (sleeve);
c) Reclaimed leather laptop bag (sleeve);
d) Textile fabric laptop bag (sleeve);
e) Laptop bags (sleeves) of various fabrics;
f) Laptop bags (sleeves) of other materials.
3.2 Classified according to product structure:
a) Laptop bags (sleeves) with various shoulder straps;
b) Laptop bags (sleeves) with various handles;
c) Laptop bags (sleeves) with various shoulder straps and handles;
d) Bags, sleeves and pockets of other structures.
4 Requirements
4.1 Materials and fittings
Selected according to relevant product standards.
4.1.1 Limit of harmful substance
Limit of harmful substance in leather, reclaimed leather and textile materials shall meet the requirements of Table 1, GB 20400-2006; the limit of harmful substance in polyvinyl chloride artificial leather shall meet the requirements of GB 21550-2008; the limit of harmful substances in adhesive used for cases and bags shall meet the requirements of Table 2.

4.1.2 Locks
Locks shall meet the requirements of QB/T 1586.1 or relevant product standards.
4.1.3 Hardware fittings
Hardware fittings shall meet the requirements of QB/T 2002.1 and QB/T 2002.2.
4.2 Specification
Product specification shall meet the design requirements; the permissible deviation of bag products is ±10mm while that of tablet PC sleeve products is ±5mm.
Note: the longest distance of the contour length of the main product structure is the product specification.
4.3 Appearance quality
Appearance quality shall meet the requirements of Table 3.

4.4 Identification
——according to the classification requirements of 3.1, certain surface material of single product shall be indicated when its area exceeds 20% of the total area;
——"splitting" font style shall be indicated for split leather material;
——for composite material made of various components, where the substrate thickness of leather is not greater than 2/3 of the total thickness, "leather" shall not be indicated.

4要求
4.1原料和配件
按有關產品標準選用。
4.1.1有害物質限量
皮革、再生革、紡織類材料有害物質限量值應符合GB 20400—2006和表1的規定;聚氯乙烯人造革有害物質限量應符合GB 21550—2008的規定,箱包用膠黏劑中有害物質限量應符合表2的規定。

4.1.2包鎖
應符合QB/T 1586.1或有關產品標準的規定。
4.1.3五金配件
應符合QB/T 2002.1、QB/T 2002.2的規定。
4.2規格
產品規格應符合設計規定,包袋制品允許偏差為±10mm,平板電腦套類制品允許偏差為±5mm。
注:產品主體外形長度的最長距離為產品規格。
4.3外觀質量
應符合表3的規定。

4.4標識
——按3.1分類規定,單一產品產品使用的某類面層材料超過產品使用面層材料總面積的20%,應標注;
——剖層皮革材質應明確標注“剖層”字樣;
——使用多種成分復合制成的材料,其中皮革基體厚度不大于總厚度的2/3,不應標注“皮革”。
4.5理化性能
應符合表4的規定。

5試驗方法
5.1原料與配件
在加工生產以前,按有關標準進行檢驗或驗證,有害物質限量按GB 20400—2006、GB 19340—2003、GB 21550—2008、GB/T2912.1—1998、GB/T 17592—2006等進行檢測。
5.2規格
采用精度不低于1 mm的鋼卷尺或專用尺測量,測量包體自然狀態下外輪廓的最長點。
5.3外觀質量、標識
在自然光線下,用目測、感官并結合精度不低于1 mm的量尺檢驗外觀質量。
5.4皮革復合材料厚度
按GB/T 22889的規定測定皮革基體厚度和總厚度,按公式(1)計算皮革基體厚度的百分比,精確至0.01%:

5.5理化性能
5.5.1振蕩沖擊性能
試驗前,用精度不低于1 mm的量尺測量起連接作用的帶袢部件長度(未固定部分長度),容積按QB/T 5083—2017中的方法B進行測量,并按表5規定負重,將負重均勻地擺放在包內,并將背帶調節到最大長度,按QB/T 2922規定分別對背帶、提把、側提把進行試驗,測試后在2min內測量起連接作用的袢類部件的長度,計算與原長相比的變形率。
測試雙背帶、雙提把時,應將兩條背帶或兩個提把同時固定在箱包振蕩沖擊試驗機的夾具上。
注1:主要起展示、懸掛作用的部件帶體長度不大于15 cm時不檢振蕩沖擊性能,如雙肩背包頂部雙肩背帶間的掛袢等。當相關方對這些部件提出檢測需求時,可對這些部件在規定負重下進行振蕩沖擊測試。
注2:有受力部位相同會造成重復測試的情況,只選容易破壞的部件進行檢驗。

5.5.2材料抗滲水性能
取電腦包面料、里料或防水罩中任意一種材料(優先截取其中抗滲水性能好的材料)進行試驗,取材料有效面積大于130 mm×130 mm的正方形試樣兩份或直徑大于130mm的圓形試樣兩份,把狀態調節過的試樣夾持在測試頭中,使織物測試面與水接觸。水壓上升速率為(1.00±0.05)kPa/min,按GB/T 4744—1997規定對試樣進行試驗,直到有3處滲水為止,并記錄此時的壓力,取兩次測試的較低值作為測試結果。
5.5.3縫合強度
截取電腦包主要部位的縫合面料兩份,有效面積為80 mm×60 mm(縫合部位長度80 mm,縫合部位兩側面料寬度60 mm),上下夾具夾量寬50 mm,深(30±2)mm,用拉力機測試,拉伸速度(100±10)mm/min,至拉斷(線或面料)為止,結果取較低值。
若測試部位的面料、里料縫合在一起,則同時裁樣,上下夾具將面料與里料同時夾持、測試。
5.5.4配件
在振蕩沖擊性能試驗后用手工檢驗,開、關記作1次。
5.5.4.1 包鎖耐用度測試:機械密碼鎖用手撥密碼輪設定密碼,并用所設定的密碼開啟和關閉密碼鎖,任意組合各位數碼,分別開、關測試200次。鑰匙鎖用鑰匙開啟和關閉鎖具,測試200次。電子編碼鎖使用電子鑰匙開啟和關閉鎖具,測試200次。
5.5.4.2包鎖保密度測試:鑰匙鎖用非專用鑰匙開啟測試10次;電子編碼鎖輸入10次不同的錯誤編碼或用10個設有其他編碼的感應卡對電子編碼鎖進行測試;機械密碼鎖選用任意10組不同的亂碼開啟測試。
5.5.4.3插接件、磁扣件手動開、合記作1次,分別測試200次。
5.5.5拉鏈耐用度
選取拉鏈長度20 cm,以(20±2)次/min的頻率進行測試,開、合記作1次。拉鏈長度不足20 cm,在拉鏈最大長度范圍內進行測試。
5.5.6摩擦色牢度
在電腦包大面、包蓋上分別取樣,檢驗沾色牢度。前大面、后大面、包蓋為相同材料時,從后大面取樣、測試;前大面、后大面、包蓋為不同材料時,分別取樣、測試。
皮革、人造革/合成革類、再生革類材料按QB/T 2537進行測試,測試頭質量1 000 g,干擦50次,濕擦20次;織物類材料按GB/T 3920規定進行測試。
5.5.7五金配件耐腐蝕性
電鍍層五金配件按QB/T 3826進行檢驗,試驗周期16 h;噴涂層和其他鍍層方式按GB/T 1771進行檢驗,試驗周期16 h,結果按GB/T 1740進行級數評價。
6檢驗規則
6.1 組批
以同一品種原料投產,按同一生產工藝生產出來的同一品種、同一規格的產品組成的一個檢驗批。
6.2出廠檢驗
每批產品出廠前應對產品逐件進行檢驗,經檢驗合格后方可出廠。
6.3型式檢驗
有下列情況之一者,應從出廠檢驗合格的產品中隨機抽取3只進行常規型式檢驗:
a)產品結構、工藝、材料有重大改變時;
b)產品停產半年以上恢復生產時;
c)國家質量監督機構提出進行型式檢驗時;
d)正常生產時,每半年至少進行1次型式檢驗。
6.4合格判定
6.4.1單只判定規則
優等品:有害物質限量、外觀質量、標識、物理機械性能全部達到優等品要求,判該只產品為優等品。
合格品:有害物質限量、標識、物理機械性能中若有1項不合格,即判該產品不合格。有害物質限量、標識、物理機械性能全部合格,外觀質量中可有不超過3項的輕微缺陷,則判該產,晶合格。若產品出現影響產品使用功能的缺陷,即判該產品不合格。
6.4.2批量判定規則
優等品:3只被測樣品全部達到優等品要求,則判該批產品為優等品。
合格品:3只被測樣品全部達到合格品要求,則判該批產品為合格。若有1只(及以上)不合格,則加倍抽樣進行復檢,復檢全部合格,則判該批產品合格。
7標志、包裝、運輸和貯存
7.1 標志
7.1.1 經檢驗合格的產品應有以下標志:
生產單位(經銷單位)名稱、單位地址、商標、等級、產品合格證(或檢驗標識)、聯系電話;必要時,應附產品使用(維護保養)說明。
必要時,產品外包裝應包括產品名稱、貨號、顏色、數量、貯運(防護)標識等標志。
7.1.2產品標簽應包括以下內容:產品名稱、產品標準號、規格(型號)、貨號、主體面層材質、合格(檢驗)標識等。
7.2包裝
產品的內外包裝應采用適宜的包裝材料,防止產品在運輸、貯存過程中受損。
7.3運輸和貯存
——防止曝曬、雨雪淋;
——保持通風干燥,防潮,避免高溫環境;
——遠離化學物質、液體侵蝕;
——避免尖銳物品的戳、劃。
