QB/T 5687-2022 Kitchen pendant
1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the surface properties, installation strength, mechanical properties, etc., of kitchen pendants. It describes the corresponding test methods, and stipulates the inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage. Additionally, it provides a product classification system to facilitate the formulation and application of technical specifications.
This document is applicable to the design, production, inspection, and sale of kitchen pendants (hereinafter referred to as the "products") for household or similar uses.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 33733-2017 and the following apply.

kitchen pendant
device used for placing or hanging kitchenware or cooking utensils such as pot lids, bowls, ladles, basins, knives, and condiments
Note: Common kitchen pendants include hook racks, commodity shelves, pot lid holders, cylindrical utensil holders, hanging bars, knife racks, chopping board racks, and dish racks.
4 Product classification
4.1 Classification by type: Hook racks, commodity shelves, hanging bars, knife racks, chopping board racks, dish racks, cylindrical utensil holders, pot lid holders, condiment box racks, etc.
4.2 Classification by load-bearing method: Hanging bars, hooks, storage platforms, dish-holding slots, hanging racks, etc.
4.3 Classification by material: Copper alloy, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, stainless steel, rubber-plastic, bamboo-wood, and other types.
