Road Vehicles - Location of Electrical and Pneumatic Connections between Towing Vehicles and Trailers
1 Scope
This standard specifies the locations of coupling devices, size and clearance space as well as pipe connection for electrical and pneumatic connections between towing and towed commercial road vehicles.
It is applicable to heavy vehicles equipped with pneumatic braking systems and 24 V electrical equipment of the following types: drawbar-trailer combinations whose towing vehicles have rear-mounted couplings or couplings mounted forward and below, center axle trailer combination and articulated vehicles.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

drawbar coupling
mechanical connection device mounted at chassis rear or forward and below, which has the function of guiding, fixing and angular movement when connected with trailers
4 Locations for Electrical and Pneumatic Connections
The locations for electrical and pneumatic connections shall be in accordance with Figure 1 and Figure 2 for towing vehicles with rear-mounted drawbar couplings, Figure 3 for towing vehicles with drawbar couplings mounted forward and below, and Figure 4 for articulated vehicles. Selection of the respective locations shall be made such that the connectors are completely within the areas, or zones, specified in the corresponding figure or figures.

Within the shaded area, connections should be located as far outwards as possible. The connections should be able to be operated while standing on one side only of the drawbar. As alternatives to mounting the connections left and right of the vehicle’s longitudinal axis, they may be mounted only on the right side of the reference plane.

b When connections are mounted lower than 450 mm, the sockets and plugs shall be oriented upwards. Moreover, if dimensions 100 mm to 650 mm are not fulfilled, the designer shall ensure that in operation the coiled pipes and contacts do not come in contact with sharp edges of the vehicle structure (a typical solution is the use of a fixture mounted in front of the wall of the trailer).

The types and dimensions of electrical connection should be in accordance with GB/T 5053.1, GB/T 25088, GB/T 20716.1 and GB/T 20717, and those of pneumatic connection should be in accordance with GB/T 13881.

前言
本標準按照GB/T 1.1—2009給出的規則起草。
本標準使用重新起草法修改采用ISO 4009:2000《商用車輛 牽引車與掛車之間的電氣和氣動連接位置》。本標準與ISO 4009:2000的技術性差異及其原因如下:
——修改了標準的適用范圍,將中置軸掛車列車增加為標準適用對象;
——修改了標準的結構:增加第3章術語和定義;將國際標準的第3章分拆為第4、5、6、7章;
——修改了圖1、圖2、圖3、圖4中的尺寸范圍表示方式;
——修改了圖1、圖2、圖3中的圖注b的參數說明;
——修改了圖1、圖2、圖3的電、氣連接器相對于車輛行駛方向的安裝位置(改為位于車輛右側);
——簡化了標準的表述:刪除了圖1和圖2中“基于人體工程學”的表述;刪除3.4.2.1和3.4.2.2中“螺旋管線的位置和長度取決于接頭的位置”的表述;
——刪除了關于“快速連接接頭”和“非標連接器”的要求,使用符合GB/T 13881標準的氣連接器,提高牽引車和掛車的氣連接器的互換性。
本標準還做了以下編輯性修改:

1 范圍
本標準規定了牽引車與掛車之間電氣和氣制動連接器(以下簡稱電、氣連接器)的安裝位置、尺寸、間隙空間以及螺旋管線連接等位置要求。
本標準適用于裝有氣制動系統和24 V電器設備的、牽引桿連接器后置或前下置的牽引桿掛車列車、中置軸掛車列車和鉸接列車。

3術語和定義
下列術語和定義適用于本文件。

牽引桿連接器drawbar coulping
安裝于牽引車輛底盤后部或后懸部分的前下部,在牽引車輛與掛車耦合連接時具有導向、固定與角運動功能的機械連接裝置。
4 電、氣連接器安裝位置
牽引桿連接器后置的牽引車電、氣連接器應按照圖1和圖2進行布置,牽引桿連接器前下置的牽引車電、氣連接器應按照圖3進行布置,鉸接列車的牽引車電、氣連接器應按照圖4進行布置。電、氣連接器應布置在規定的圖示區域內。

電、氣連接器宣布置在陰影區內兩側的位置,以便于在牽引桿一側進行電、氣連接器的操作。當電、氣連接器不在車輛縱軸線的左右兩側布置時,電、氣連接器應安裝在右側的陰影區域內。

b 當連接器安裝低于450 mm時,插座和插頭安裝方向應往上調整。當安裝位置不滿足100 mm~650 mm的高度要求時,應保證各種連接管線在實際使用過程中不與車體的銳利邊緣發生剮蹭(典型的解決方法是在掛車前墻安裝防護裝置)。

m 牽引車上的安裝區域可從水平方向最大旋轉90°。

5電、氣連接器尺寸
電連接器的種類和尺寸應符合GB/T 5053.1、GB/T 25088、GB/T 20716.1及GB/T 20717的要求,氣連接器的種類和尺寸應符合GB/T 13881的要求。
6 間隙空間
電、氣連接器周圍的間隙尺寸應保證操作安全,并符合圖5和圖6的要求。
7螺旋管線連接
7.1 位置
牽引桿列車的螺旋管線連接(在管的末端帶有連接頭)集成部件應安裝在掛車上,鉸接列車的螺旋管線連接集成部件應安裝在牽引車上。
7.2長度
7.2.1 牽引桿連接器后置的牽引車
牽引桿列車的螺旋管線的安裝位置與長度應滿足牽引桿中心線與牽引車縱軸的最大水平面夾角為75°的使用要求:
——當夾角小于60°,螺旋管線不應拉緊,且不與其他螺旋管線摩擦;
——當夾角為60°~75°時,應保持螺旋管線工作正常。
7.2.2 牽引桿連接器前下置的牽引車以及鉸接列車
牽引桿列車和鉸接列車的螺旋管線安裝位置和長度應滿足最大鉸接角90°的使用要求,且應保持螺旋管線工作正常。
