1 Scope
This standard specifies the general, safety and environmental requirements, personnel requirements, instrument and equipment requirements, test and evaluation as well as test documents for acceleration test of large-scale amusement device.
This standard is applicable to the acceleration test in inspection and test of large-scale amusement.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 20306 and the following apply.
3.1
data channel
physical channel for transmitting data, including all equipment from sensors to data recorders

acceleration transducer
device for converting acceleration into electrical signals
3.3
transverse sensitivity
ratio of the output signal generated by the excitation perpendicular to the sensitive axis direction of the acceleration transducer to the input signal
3.4
zero bias
output value of data channel when sensor input is zero
3.5
measurement coordinate system
coordinate system representing the test axis and the positive direction
4 General
4.1 Acceleration test is intended for:
a) design acceleration verification;
b) evaluation of passenger acceleration threshold;
c) evaluation of passenger restraint device selection;
d) evaluation of stimulation degree of amusement device.
4.2 In case of design acceleration verification, passenger acceleration threshold evaluation and passenger restraint device selection evaluation, the acceleration transducer shall be directly fixed on large amusement device for testing.
4.3 In case of evaluating the stimulation degree of amusement device, the acceleration test dummy of amusement device (hereinafter referred to as "test dummy") should be used for testing.
5 Safety and environmental requirements
Safety and environmental requirements during testing shall meet the requirements of GB/T 20050.
6 Personnel requirements
Personnel engaged in acceleration test of large-scale amusement device shall have basic knowledge of large-scale amusement device and relevant knowledge and ability of acceleration test.

1 范圍
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了大型游樂設(shè)施加速度測試的總則、安全與環(huán)境要求、人員要求、儀器與設(shè)備要求、測試與評價(jià)和測試文件。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于大型游樂設(shè)施檢驗(yàn)檢測中的加速度測試工作。

3 術(shù)語和定義
GB／T 20306界定的以及下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。
3．1
數(shù)據(jù)通道 data channel
傳輸數(shù)據(jù)的物理通道，包括從傳感器到數(shù)據(jù)記錄儀的所有設(shè)備。
3．2
加速度傳感器 acceleration transducer
一種將加速度轉(zhuǎn)換為電信號的裝置。
3．3
橫向靈敏度 transverse sensitivity
垂直于加速度傳感器敏感軸方向的激勵(lì)產(chǎn)生的輸出信號與輸入信號的比值。

零偏 zero bias
傳感器輸入為零時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)通道的輸出值。

4 總則
4．1 加速度測試的目的包括：
a) 設(shè)計(jì)加速度驗(yàn)證；
b) 乘客加速度閾值評價(jià)；
c) 乘客束縛裝置選型評價(jià)；
d) 游樂設(shè)施刺激程度評價(jià)。
4．2 設(shè)計(jì)加速度驗(yàn)證、乘客加速度閾值評價(jià)和乘客束縛裝置選型評價(jià)時(shí)，應(yīng)采用直接在大型游樂設(shè)施上固定加速度傳感器的方式進(jìn)行測試。
4．3 游樂設(shè)施刺激程度評價(jià)時(shí)，宜采用游樂設(shè)施加速度測試假人(以下簡稱“測試假人”)進(jìn)行測試。
5 安全與環(huán)境要求
測試過程中的安全與環(huán)境要求應(yīng)滿足GB／T 20050的規(guī)定。
6 人員要求
從事大型游樂設(shè)施加速度測試工作的人員應(yīng)具備大型游樂設(shè)施基礎(chǔ)知識、加速度測試相關(guān)知識和能力。
7 儀器與設(shè)備要求
7．1 加速度測試儀器和設(shè)備包括加速度測試儀和測試假人，加速度測試儀一般由加速度傳感器、放大器、指示器或記錄儀及安裝支架等附屬裝置組成，測試假人由假人本體和加速度測試儀組成。
7．2 加速度測試應(yīng)根據(jù)不同的測試目的和用途，選擇合適的測試儀器或設(shè)備。
7．3 加速度測試儀應(yīng)滿足如下要求：
a) 量程應(yīng)不小于±10g(g為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重力加速度，取值為9.81 m／s2)；
b) 分辨率應(yīng)不大于量程的2％，且不大于0.05g；
c) 非線性應(yīng)不大于量程的2.5％；
d) 橫向靈敏度應(yīng)不大于3％；
e) 時(shí)間分辨率應(yīng)不大于采樣間隔時(shí)間；
f) 不同數(shù)據(jù)通道之間的時(shí)間延遲應(yīng)不大于采樣間隔時(shí)間；
g) 應(yīng)具有抗混疊濾波功能；
h) 應(yīng)定期校準(zhǔn)。
7．4 測試假人除滿足7．3中要求外，還應(yīng)滿足如下要求：
a) 加速度傳感器及其他內(nèi)置儀器和附件與假人本體之間應(yīng)安裝牢固，測試過程中不應(yīng)發(fā)生相對運(yùn)動；
b) 測試假人的身高和體重應(yīng)滿足大型游樂設(shè)施相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和設(shè)計(jì)文件中關(guān)于乘客身高和體重的要求；
c) 測試假人的結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能應(yīng)滿足大型游樂設(shè)施各運(yùn)行工況下所需的剛度和強(qiáng)度要求。
8 測試與評價(jià)
8．1 測試準(zhǔn)備
8．1．1 待測大型游樂設(shè)施應(yīng)調(diào)試正常，完成運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)并自檢合格。
8．1．2 在測試時(shí)，所有數(shù)據(jù)通道都應(yīng)經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場校準(zhǔn)。
8．1．3 現(xiàn)場校準(zhǔn)可采用重力翻轉(zhuǎn)法進(jìn)行。校準(zhǔn)時(shí)，將加速度傳感器放置于和重力方向垂直的平面上，連續(xù)翻轉(zhuǎn)，應(yīng)得到＋1g、0g、－1g的三個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)加速度數(shù)據(jù)，否則應(yīng)調(diào)整加速度測試儀器重新校準(zhǔn)。
8．2 加速度測試儀安裝
8．2．1 測試坐標(biāo)系的軸線方向應(yīng)由人體坐標(biāo)系決定，人體坐標(biāo)系應(yīng)滿足GB 8408的規(guī)定。
8．2．2 人體坐標(biāo)系的z軸宜平行于乘客脊柱方向。
8．2．3 加速度傳感器的敏感軸與選定的測試坐標(biāo)系軸線之間的角度誤差應(yīng)不超過5°。
8．2．4 加速度傳感器的安裝位置應(yīng)滿足以下要求：
a) 當(dāng)坐姿乘坐時(shí)，加速度傳感器應(yīng)放置于距離座椅面600 mm±50 mm的位置；專用于兒童乘坐的游樂設(shè)施，加速度傳感器應(yīng)放置于距離座椅面500 mm±50 mm的位置；
b) 當(dāng)站姿或臥姿乘坐時(shí)，加速度傳感器應(yīng)放置于距離腳底面1 200 mm±50 mm的位置；專用于兒童乘坐的游樂設(shè)施，加速度傳感器應(yīng)放置于距離腳底面760 mm±50 mm的位置。
8．2．5 使用多個(gè)單軸加速度傳感器測量某點(diǎn)的三軸加速度時(shí)，各傳感器距測試點(diǎn)應(yīng)不超過60 mm，軸線應(yīng)為正交關(guān)系。
8．2．6 加速度傳感器及相關(guān)部件應(yīng)牢固安裝到待測游樂設(shè)施上，測試過程中不應(yīng)發(fā)生相對運(yùn)動。
8．2．7 安裝后應(yīng)記錄加速度傳感器的安裝位置和方向以及人體坐標(biāo)系與重力方向的夾角。
8．3 測試假人安裝
8．3．1 測試假人應(yīng)安裝牢固，測試過程中不應(yīng)有過大位移、晃動或掉落現(xiàn)象。
8．3．2 游樂設(shè)施刺激程度評價(jià)時(shí)，測試假人中的加速度傳感器宜根據(jù)GB 8408的規(guī)定確定安裝位置和軸向。
8．3．3 安裝后應(yīng)記錄測試假人的安裝位置和方向。
8．4 加速度測試
8．4．1 加速度測試采樣頻率應(yīng)不小于50 Hz。
8．4．2 每個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)通道的零偏應(yīng)分別記錄。
8．4．3 加速度測試宜分別在空載、偏載和滿載三種工況下進(jìn)行，必要時(shí)也可在其他載荷工況下進(jìn)行。
8．4．4 設(shè)計(jì)加速度在不同乘坐位置之間有明顯差異時(shí)，應(yīng)選擇不少于三處位置進(jìn)行測試。
8．5 數(shù)據(jù)處理與評價(jià)
8．5．1 測試數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)剔除由儀器噪聲等引起的明顯畸點(diǎn)。
8．5．2 測試數(shù)據(jù)存在零偏時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行修正。
8．5．3 乘客加速度閾值評價(jià)應(yīng)根據(jù)GB 8408的規(guī)定執(zhí)行，測試數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)采用濾波截止頻率為5 Hz的4階巴特沃斯低通濾波器進(jìn)行濾波。
8．5．4 乘客束縛裝置選型評價(jià)應(yīng)根據(jù)GB 8408的規(guī)定執(zhí)行，測試數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)采用濾波截止頻率為1 Hz的4階巴特沃斯低通濾波器進(jìn)行濾波。
8．5．5 游樂設(shè)施刺激程度評價(jià)宜根據(jù)表1執(zhí)行，其分級結(jié)果為ax、ay、az三個(gè)方向分級結(jié)果中的最高
者。測試數(shù)據(jù)宜采用濾波截止頻率為5 Hz的4階巴特沃斯低通濾波器進(jìn)行濾波。

9 測試文件
9．1 作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書
作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書應(yīng)至少包含以下內(nèi)容：
a) 適用范圍；
b) 測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
c) 測試對象；
d) 測試儀器與設(shè)備；
e) 測試方法；
f) 測試人員；
g) 測試程序；
h) 數(shù)據(jù)處理和評判方法；
i) 測試記錄和報(bào)告要求；
j) 編制、審核、批準(zhǔn)人員和日期。
9．2 測試報(bào)告
測試報(bào)告應(yīng)至少包含以下內(nèi)容：
a) 測試目的；
b) 被測游樂設(shè)施的設(shè)備名稱、型號規(guī)格、出廠編號、制造單位和測試前狀態(tài)；
c) 測試單位、測試人員、測試日期和測試地點(diǎn)；
d) 測試編號和測試工況；
e) 測試儀器編號、校準(zhǔn)或標(biāo)定情況和測試前狀態(tài)；
f) 測試中出現(xiàn)的異常現(xiàn)象；
g) 測試數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析結(jié)果；
h) 測試結(jié)果評價(jià)和建議。
9．3 測試記錄
9．3．1 測試記錄應(yīng)至少應(yīng)包含9．2所規(guī)定的和以下內(nèi)容：
a) 被測游樂設(shè)施的設(shè)備類型、設(shè)備形式、主要參數(shù)；
b) 溫度、濕度和天氣狀況；
c) 原始測試數(shù)據(jù)。
9．3．2 測試數(shù)據(jù)為測試記錄的一部分，應(yīng)滿足以下要求：
a) 數(shù)據(jù)文件應(yīng)制定命名規(guī)則，并存檔備查；
b) 數(shù)據(jù)文件中至少應(yīng)包含時(shí)間和加速度數(shù)據(jù)；
c) 每組測試數(shù)據(jù)中至少應(yīng)有一個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)能夠與被測游樂設(shè)施運(yùn)行的物理位置之間建立對應(yīng)關(guān)系。
