1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and assessment methods of intelligent washing machine.
This standard is applicable to intelligent washing machines with single-phase rated voltage not exceeding 250 V and used by non-professionals in home, shops, schools and other places.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions specified in GB/T 28219 and GB/T 4288 and the following apply.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
The intelligent washing machine shall meet the requirements of GB/T 28219.
4.2 Safety requirements
4.2.1 Safety requirements for electrical appliance
Intelligent washing machine shall meet the safety requirements specified in GB 4706.1, GB 4706.20 and GB 4706.24.
4.2.2 Safety requirements for intelligentization
Intelligent washing machine should be remotely controlled by intelligentization technology, and be equipped with remote control safety management function to ensure the safety of remote operation of intelligent washing machine.
If the local unit is equipped with the function of detecting whether there are potential safety hazards e.g. harming children, the local unit authorization method may not be adopted for permitting remote operation.
If the local unit is not equipped with the function of detecting whether there are potential safety hazards e.g. harming children, the remote unit shall be granted the necessary operation authority through the local unit, and the purpose of authorization is to realize the safety of remote operation of washing machine. The authorization is time-sensitive and shall meet one of the following conditions:
?
a) If a single authorization does not exceed 24 h, the authorization time may be appropriately extended again;
b) The remote operation can be interrupted by the operation of the local unit, if the remote operation need to be continued, remote unit shall be granted the necessary operation authorization again through the local unit;
c) Remote operation can be cancelled by local unit operation. if remote operation is to be performed again, necessary operation authorization shall be granted to the remote unit again by local unit.
4.3 Function requirements for intelligentization
4.3.1 Remote control
Intelligent washing machine should realize remote control through intelligentization technology to ensure its good operability of remote operation. The specific requirements are as follows:
a) The remote unit can establish network connection and application interaction with the local unit;
b) The remote unit can cancel the network connection and application interaction relationship established with the local unit;
c) Controlled by the remote unit, the local unit can perform corresponding control functions;
d) Controlled by the remote unit, the local unit performs corresponding functions, and there shall be clear feedback instructions for the local and the remote units.
4.3.2 Clothing information identification function
Intelligent washing machine should be equipped with clothing information identification function and interaction interface presenting the clothing information.
Clothing information includes but is not limited to: clothing attribute information such as quality, material, category and color, which shall meet the following requirements:
a) The grade of clothing quality identification shall have at least two grades such as low (L1), high (L2), etc.
b) The number of category of clothing material can be identified shall have at least 3 types, such as cotton, chemical fiber and wool;
c) The number of clothing category can be identified shall have at least 3 types, such as outerwear, underwear and socks;
d) The number of clothing color can be identified shall have at least 2 types, such as dark color and light color.
4.3.3 Detergent identification and automatic release function
Intelligent washing machine should be equipped with detergent information identification function and automatic release function that meet the following requirements:
a) Identify the concentration type of detergent, and shall have at least two types (ordinary and concentrated);
b) It can store and automatically release two or more kinds of detergents for different purposes, such as: ordinary detergents and special detergents for silk and wool etc.
Equipped with an interaction interface with presentation of detergent information and auto-dispensing information, such as one or more display interfaces of intelligent washing machine display screen, mobile phone screen, computer screen or other terminal equipment.
4.3.4 Washing program management
Intelligent washing machine should realize washing program management through intelligentization technology. Based on environmental information, laundry information, detergent information, user information, etc., the laundry program mode or parameters can be updated "automatically" or "manually" or both. It shall meet the following requirements:
a) The updated program or parameter may be the adjustment of existing data at the local unit, or the download from the remote unit or the push from the remote unit to the local unit;
b) The updated program or parameter can better complete the washing work.
Note: Better completion of washing work includes: better water saving, better power saving, better care of clothes, cleaner washing, cleaner rinsing, less vibration, less noise, etc.

4.3.5 Water and electricity management function
Intelligent washing machine should realize the statistics, display and management functions of water consumption and electricity consumption through intelligentization technology, and shall meet the following requirements:
a) The deviation between the displayed water consumption and the measured value shall not be greater than 20%;
b) The deviation between the displayed electricity consumption and the measured value shall not be greater than 20%;
c) The local unit or remote unit can synchronously check the statistical information of water and electricity consumption of the intelligent washing machine according to different washing cycle dimensions.
Note: Washing cycle dimension can include washing times, days, weeks, months, years, cumulative, etc.
4.3.6 Self-cleaning function
Intelligent washing machine shall be equipped with the function to keep itself clean or conduct self-cleaning automatically and avoid secondary pollution, and shall meet at least one of the following requirements:
a) Automatically display maintenance tips after running for a certain period;
b) Keep the machine clean during operation.
4.3.7 Fault alarm and analysis
Intelligent washing machine should automatically take alarm measures when alarm occurs at the local end. If there is a remote network connection, it can also send alarm information to the remote end synchronously to prompt the user remotely. It shall meet the following requirements:
a) The machine can carry out partial or full self-inspection on the state of its own components, such as door switch, water inlet, drainage, motor and other components working status;
b) The machine can predict potential faults, and users and manufacturers can be prompted in advance before the faults occur, and users have the authority to enable this function, such potential faults as filter blockage and belt wear;

c) The machine can be diagnosed on-line through the service platform, and the user has the authority to enable this function or not;
d) The machine can send the fault information and user information to the after-sales service department for automatic repair report through the service platform, and the user has the authority to enable this function or not.
4.3.8 On-line upgrade
The local end or remote end of the intelligent washing machine should have the on-line upgrade function for programs, and have the mode of recording and displaying upgrade information, which shall meet the following requirements:
a) The machine shall have the function of on-line upgrade for at least one of the following programs:
——display terminal control program upgrade;
——communication module program upgrade;
——firmware upgrade of electronic control board control program and other components.
b) After the successful upgrade, the intelligent washing machine functions normally and conforms to the functional logic defined after the upgrade.
c) After the intelligent washing machine failed to upgrade due to abnormality, the original version shall be restored and each function can be used normally.
d) View the upgrade information in any one or more of the following ways:
——the local unit interaction interface;
——remote unit interaction interface: for example, mobile phone, PAD, etc.
4.3.9 Third-party application services
Intelligent washing machines may have the function of using third-party application services, and shall meet at least one of the following requirements:
a) Connect to the third-party service platform, e.g. public interconnection, through the remote unit, and be able to use the application service of the third party;
b) Connect to the third-party service platform, e.g. public interconnection, through the local unit, and be able to use the application service of the third party.
Note: Examples of third-party application services are weather service and shopping application, etc. Through interconnection and intercommunication, product functions can be better expanded to enhance the convenient experience of users.

1 范圍
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了智能洗衣機(jī)的技術(shù)要求、檢測方法和評價方法。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于單相額定電壓不超過250V,在家庭、商店、學(xué)校等場所由非專業(yè)人員使用的智能洗衣機(jī)。

GB/T 28219和GB/T 4288界定的以及下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。
3.1
智能洗衣機(jī) intelligent washing machine
應(yīng)用了智能化技術(shù)或具備智能化能力的家用和類似用途電動洗衣機(jī)。
3.2
本機(jī)端 local unit
智能洗衣機(jī)本體。
3.3
遠(yuǎn)程端 remote unit
可與本機(jī)端進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交互的系統(tǒng)。
注:遠(yuǎn)程端的示例為手機(jī)、服務(wù)平臺等。
3.4
顯示終端 display terminal
一種可以以文字、圖像、語音等形式呈現(xiàn)智能洗衣機(jī)人機(jī)交互的顯示或操作裝置。
4 技術(shù)要求
4.1 通用要求
智能洗衣機(jī)應(yīng)符合GB/T 28219的要求。
4.2 安全要求
4.2.1 電器安全要求
智能洗衣機(jī)應(yīng)滿足GB 4706.1、GB 4706.20和GB 4706.24的安全要求。
4.2.2 智能化安全要求
智能洗衣機(jī)宜通過智能化的技術(shù)實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程控制,具有遠(yuǎn)程控制安全管理功能,確保遠(yuǎn)程操作智能洗衣機(jī)的安全。
本機(jī)端具有檢測是否存在傷害兒童等安全隱患功能的,對于許可遠(yuǎn)程操作運行,可以不采用本機(jī)端授權(quán)方式。
本機(jī)端不具有檢測是否存在傷害兒童等安全隱患功能的,對于許可遠(yuǎn)程操作運行,應(yīng)通過本機(jī)端為遠(yuǎn)程端授以必要的操作權(quán)限,授權(quán)的目的是實現(xiàn)洗衣機(jī)遠(yuǎn)程操作的安全。該授權(quán)有時效性,應(yīng)滿足下列情況之一:
a) 單次授權(quán)不超過24 h,可再次適當(dāng)延長授權(quán)時間;
b) 本機(jī)端操作能中斷遠(yuǎn)程操作,如要繼續(xù)遠(yuǎn)程操作,需通過本機(jī)端再次為遠(yuǎn)程端授以必要的操作權(quán)限;
c) 本機(jī)端操作能取消遠(yuǎn)程操作,如要重新遠(yuǎn)程操作,需通過本機(jī)端再次為遠(yuǎn)程端授以必要的操作權(quán)限。
4.3 智能化功能要求
4.3.1 遠(yuǎn)程操控
智能洗衣機(jī)宜通過智能化的技術(shù)實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程控制,確保遠(yuǎn)程操作智能洗衣機(jī)有良好的可操作性,具體要求如下:
a) 遠(yuǎn)程端能夠與本機(jī)端建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接及應(yīng)用交互;
b) 遠(yuǎn)程端能夠取消或解除與本機(jī)端建立的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接及應(yīng)用交互關(guān)系;
c) 通過遠(yuǎn)程端操控本機(jī)端,本機(jī)端可執(zhí)行相應(yīng)操控功能;
d) 通過遠(yuǎn)程端操作本機(jī)端,本機(jī)端執(zhí)行相應(yīng)功能,本機(jī)端和遠(yuǎn)程端應(yīng)有明確的反饋指示。
4.3.2 衣物信息識別功能
智能洗衣機(jī)宜具有衣物信息識別功能和呈現(xiàn)衣物信息的交互界面。
衣物的信息包括但不限于:質(zhì)量、材質(zhì)、類別、顏色等衣物屬性信息,應(yīng)滿足如下要求:
a) 衣物質(zhì)量識別的大小等級不低于2擋,例如:低(L1)、高(L2)等;
b) 衣物材質(zhì)識別的種類不低于3種,例如:棉、化纖、羊毛等;
c) 衣物類別識別的種類不低于3種,例如:外衣、內(nèi)衣、襪子等;
d) 衣物顏色識別的種類不低于2種,例如:深色、淺色等。
4.3.3 洗滌劑識別及自動投放功能
智能洗衣機(jī)宜具有洗滌劑信息識別功能及自動投放功能,滿足如下要求:
a) 識別洗滌劑的濃縮類型,類型不低于2擋(普通、濃縮);
b) 同時存儲和自動投放2種及以上不同用途類型的洗滌劑,例如:普通、絲毛專用等。
具有呈現(xiàn)洗滌劑信息和自動投放信息的交互界面,例如:智能洗衣機(jī)顯示屏、手機(jī)屏、電腦屏或其他終端設(shè)備顯示界面的一個或幾個。
4.3.4 洗滌程序管理
智能洗衣機(jī)宜通過智能化技術(shù)實現(xiàn)洗滌程序管理。根據(jù)環(huán)境信息、衣物信息、洗滌劑信息、用戶信息等,實現(xiàn)洗衣程序模式或參數(shù)的更新,更新為“自動”或“手動”或兩者皆可。應(yīng)符合以下要求:
a) 更新的程序或參數(shù)可以是在本機(jī)端對現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,也可以是本機(jī)端從遠(yuǎn)程端下載或遠(yuǎn)程端向本機(jī)端推送;
b) 更新的程序或參數(shù)可以更好地完成洗衣工作。
注:更好地完成洗衣工作包括:更佳節(jié)水、更佳節(jié)電、更佳呵護(hù)衣物、洗的更干凈、漂的更干凈、振動更小、降低噪聲等方面的一個或幾個。
4.3.5 水電管理功能
智能洗衣機(jī)宜通過智能化技術(shù)實現(xiàn)用水量、用電量的統(tǒng)計、展示和管理功能,應(yīng)符合以下要求:
a) 用水量顯示值與實測值的偏差不大于±20%;
b) 用電量顯示值與實測值的偏差不大于±20%;
c) 本機(jī)端或遠(yuǎn)程端可以同步按不同洗衣周期維度查看智能洗衣機(jī)的用水、用電統(tǒng)計信息。
注:洗衣周期維度可包括洗衣次數(shù)、天、周、月度、年度、累計等。
4.3.6 自清潔功能
智能洗衣機(jī)宜具有保持自身潔凈或自動潔凈、避免二次污染的功能,應(yīng)符合以下要求中至少一項:
a) 在運行一定周期后自動給出維護(hù)保養(yǎng)提示;
b) 在運行過程中保持自身的潔凈。
4.3.7 故障報警和分析
智能洗衣機(jī)宜在本機(jī)端發(fā)生報警時能自動采取報警措施,如有遠(yuǎn)程網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接,還可以將報警信息同步發(fā)送到遠(yuǎn)程端,遠(yuǎn)程提示用戶的功能。應(yīng)符合以下要求:
a) 可對自身各部件狀態(tài)進(jìn)行部分或全部自檢,例如:門開關(guān)、進(jìn)水、排水、電機(jī)等部件工作狀態(tài);
b) 可預(yù)測潛在的故障,并在故障發(fā)生前提前預(yù)測,提示用戶和廠商,且用戶具有是否啟用該功能的權(quán)限,例如:過濾器堵塞、皮帶磨損等潛在故障;
c) 可通過服務(wù)平臺對本機(jī)進(jìn)行在線診斷,且用戶具有是否啟用該功能的權(quán)限;
d) 可通過服務(wù)平臺將故障信息和用戶信息發(fā)送到售后服務(wù)部門進(jìn)行自動報修,且用戶具有是否啟用該功能的權(quán)限。
4.3.8 在線升級
智能洗衣機(jī)本機(jī)端或遠(yuǎn)程端宜具有程序在線升級的功能,并有記錄和顯示升級信息的方式,應(yīng)符合以下要求:
a) 具備以下至少一種程序在線升級的功能:
——顯示終端控制程序升級;
——通訊模塊程序升級;
——電控板控制程序及其他部件固件升級。
b) 智能洗衣機(jī)升級成功后功能正常,且符合升級后所定義的功能邏輯。
c) 智能洗衣機(jī)異常升級失敗后,恢復(fù)原來版本,且各個功能可以正常使用。
d) 通過以下任意一種或幾種方式查看升級信息:
——本機(jī)端交互界面;
——遠(yuǎn)程端交互界面:例如:手機(jī)、PAD等。
4.3.9 第三方應(yīng)用服務(wù)
智能洗衣機(jī)可具備使用第三方應(yīng)用服務(wù)的功能,應(yīng)符合以下要求中至少一項:
a) 通過遠(yuǎn)程端連接到公共互聯(lián)等第三方服務(wù)平臺,能夠使用第三方的應(yīng)用服務(wù);
b) 通過本機(jī)端連接到公共互聯(lián)等第三方服務(wù)平臺,能夠使用第三方的應(yīng)用服務(wù)。
注:第三方的應(yīng)用服務(wù)示例為天氣服務(wù)、購物商城等。通過互聯(lián)互通更好地擴(kuò)展產(chǎn)品功能,增強(qiáng)用戶使用的便捷體驗。
5 檢測方法
5.1 試驗條件
試驗在下述條件下進(jìn)行:
a) 環(huán)境溫度為(23±2)℃;
b) 環(huán)境相對濕度為(65±20)%;
c) 智能洗衣機(jī)如通過智能化的技術(shù)實現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程控制,則將智能洗衣機(jī)按說明書要求安裝調(diào)試好,保證有穩(wěn)定良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,并通信正常。
5.2 安全要求的試驗方法
5.2.1 通用要求安全試驗方法
應(yīng)按照GB 4706.1、GB 4706.20和GB 4706.24的要求進(jìn)行試驗或文件符合性審查。
5.2.2 智能化安全要求試驗方法
智能化安全要求測試根據(jù)智能洗衣機(jī)是否具有檢測筒(桶)內(nèi)有兒童等安全隱患功能,分為兩種情況進(jìn)行測試:
具有檢測筒(桶)內(nèi)有兒童等安全隱患功能測試方法:
a) 將質(zhì)量為(1.5±0.5)kg的兔子放入智能洗衣機(jī),并關(guān)閉智能洗衣機(jī)門;
b) 檢測遠(yuǎn)程端能否啟動智能洗衣機(jī);
c) 試驗過程,確認(rèn)本機(jī)端能啟動后,應(yīng)立即結(jié)束程序運行,確保試驗對象安全。
注:啟動后,運行必要的檢測程序是允許的,但不能造成對試驗對象的物理傷害。
不具有檢測筒(桶)內(nèi)有兒童等安全隱患功能測試方法:
a) 檢測遠(yuǎn)程端控制智能洗衣機(jī)啟動是否需要在本機(jī)端操作授權(quán);
b) 檢測授權(quán)是否在一定時間內(nèi)被自動取消、或本機(jī)端操作是否會暫時中斷遠(yuǎn)程授權(quán)、或本機(jī)端操作是否會自動取消遠(yuǎn)程授權(quán)。
5.3 智能化功能的試驗方法
5.3.1 遠(yuǎn)程操控試驗方法
視檢說明書遠(yuǎn)程操控功能,并按下述試驗方法手動操作本機(jī)端、遠(yuǎn)程端,且應(yīng)符合4.3.1的要求:
a) 測試綁定成功率:操作遠(yuǎn)程端與本機(jī)端建立綁定關(guān)系,試驗次數(shù)為30次;
b) 測試解綁成功率:操作取消或解除遠(yuǎn)程端與本機(jī)端綁定關(guān)系,試驗次數(shù)為30次;
c) 測試響應(yīng)時間:通過遠(yuǎn)程端操作本機(jī)端功能,本機(jī)端執(zhí)行相應(yīng)功能,試驗次數(shù)為30次,其中測試響應(yīng)時間為發(fā)送、執(zhí)行、反饋過程的總時間;
d) 測試操作成功率:通過遠(yuǎn)程端操作本機(jī)端功能,試驗次數(shù)應(yīng)不小于100次。
5.3.2 衣物識別管理試驗方法
視檢說明書如有衣物識別功能的相關(guān)聲明,按照說明書描述的可識別衣物的方式準(zhǔn)備三種衣服:白色棉襯衣、藍(lán)色棉牛仔褲、白色羊毛衫,主材質(zhì)含量不小于75%。按照說明書描述的可識別的方式測試洗衣機(jī)識別結(jié)果,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合4.3.2的要求。
5.3.3 洗滌劑識別及自動投放功能試驗方法
視檢說明書如有洗滌劑濃縮類型識別功能的相關(guān)聲明,按照下述試驗方法試驗,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合4.3.3要求:
a) 濃縮類型可以通過洗滌劑中活性物含量進(jìn)行區(qū)分,測試用洗滌劑樣品的確定:購買市售且按GB/T 13173—2008第7章規(guī)定的方法測定總活性物含量分別在(15±5)%的普通洗滌劑和在(25±5)%的濃縮洗滌劑。
b) 將普通和濃縮洗滌劑測試樣品分別倒入洗滌劑投放盒,視檢智能洗衣機(jī)能否識別出兩類洗滌劑濃縮類型。
注:識別結(jié)果不能在智能洗衣機(jī)顯示屏、手機(jī)、電腦或其他終端設(shè)備的一個或幾個方便地進(jìn)行查看的,廠家應(yīng)配合提供智能洗衣機(jī)進(jìn)入特殊模式可以查看的方法,如進(jìn)入測試模式。
視檢說明書如有洗滌劑自動投放功能的相關(guān)聲明將適量洗滌劑添加自動投放裝置,運行一個常用(標(biāo)準(zhǔn))洗滌程序并開啟自動投放功能,觀察洗滌劑投放裝置內(nèi)的洗滌劑的剩余量。
視檢說明書如有同時存儲和自動投放多種用途類型洗滌劑功能的相關(guān)聲明將適量的多種洗滌劑添加到自動投放裝置,按照說明書的描述運行與洗滌劑投放對應(yīng)的洗滌程序并開啟自動投放功能,觀察洗滌劑投放裝置內(nèi)的洗滌劑的剩余量,其中,每種洗滌劑測試一個洗滌周期。
5.3.4 洗滌程序管理試驗方法
視檢說明書如有程序模式和參數(shù)更新等功能的相關(guān)聲明,按照說明書的描述改變影響程序模式和參數(shù)的因素,查看程序模式和參數(shù)更新情況。結(jié)果應(yīng)符合4.3.4的要求。
5.3.5 水電管理功能試驗方法
視檢說明書如有水電管理功能的相關(guān)聲明,應(yīng)按照說明書明示的常用(標(biāo)準(zhǔn))洗滌程序測試用水、用電數(shù)據(jù)。運行程序過程中記錄試驗檢測儀器檢測的和本機(jī)端和/或遠(yuǎn)程端展示的用水、用電數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果應(yīng)符合4.3.5的要求。
5.3.6 自清潔功能試驗方法
視檢說明書如有自身的潔凈功能的相關(guān)聲明按照下述試驗方法試驗,結(jié)果應(yīng)符合4.3.6的要求:
a) 洗滌筒(桶)潔凈試驗方法
檢測洗衣機(jī)是否為套筒(桶)結(jié)構(gòu),若是,則進(jìn)一步檢測洗衣機(jī)運行常用(標(biāo)準(zhǔn))程序的過程中,是否有水進(jìn)入套筒(桶)之間并能回流到內(nèi)筒(桶)。
視檢說明書是否有洗滌筒(桶)清潔保養(yǎng)提示和保持或恢復(fù)自身潔凈等功能的相關(guān)聲明。
b) 投放系統(tǒng)潔凈試驗方法
視檢說明書是否有投放系統(tǒng)清潔保養(yǎng)提示和保持或恢復(fù)自身潔凈等功能的相關(guān)聲明。
c) 門封潔凈試驗方法
視檢說明書是否有門封清潔保養(yǎng)提示和保持或恢復(fù)自身潔凈等功能的相關(guān)聲明。
d) 烘干系統(tǒng)潔凈試驗方法
視檢說明書是否有烘干系統(tǒng)清潔保養(yǎng)提示和保持或恢復(fù)自身潔凈等功能的相關(guān)聲明。
5.3.7 故障報警和分析試驗方法
按照表1在智能洗衣機(jī)的本機(jī)端人為操作設(shè)定故障,確認(rèn)智能洗衣機(jī)是否能檢測出故障并通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)報警通知遠(yuǎn)程端。如果有其他故障,可以根據(jù)制造商自定義故障設(shè)置方法測試。
